DRAUGHT PROOFING DOORS & WINDOWS

For a quick renovation of windows and doors where the frame shows minor damage or peeling paint layers, perimeter seal ANB 16 is the solution. This draught excluder is suitable for inward and outward opening windows and doors.
The surface-mounted profile is made of beautiful anodized aluminum and has a silicone seal for greater sealing and reduced closing resistance. The notched ends of the draught excluder allow for an optimal connection in the corners.

Installation advice
Draft can easily be stopped by correctly mounting the perimeter seal. Read the supplied mounting instructions and follow the step-by-step plan.
Prepare the necessary materials in advance:
- Tape measure or folding rule
- Pencil
- Saw and file
- Hammer
Step-by-step guide: installing perimeter seal ANB 16
- Measure the width of the top of the frame to determine the length of the perimeter seal.
- Mark the correct length on the profile
- Saw the profile to size.
- File off any sharp edges of the aluminium that may have formed.
- Place the perimeter seal on the frame and nail it in place.
- Repeat the above steps for the hinge side and then the closing side of the door.
