Draught proofing
There are several solutions to stop draught around a door or window. Which one is best for your door or window depends on the location of the so-called draught leak.
Sound proofing
The weak link in the transmission of ambient sounds are often doors, windows and frames.
A ‘sound leak’ at the bottom of a door can easily be solved by installing EllenMatic Soundproof. This drop seal completely seals the bottom.
Finger protection
In most cases, yes. This depends on the type of door on which the finger strip is to be mounted.
For interior doors made of glass, metal or plastic, you can use double-sided tape.
Double-sided tape is available separately.

If you buy a product from Ellen, you can assume that it is in good condition and will continue to work within the expected lifespan of the product when used normally.
If the product is broken or not good, we will be happy to help you with a solution. Contact our customer service.

Ellen has a 2-year warranty on all products. EllenMatic products have a 5-year warranty.
You can assume that our products will work and/or continue to work properly under normal use. That is why we always take the type of product and what you can reasonably expect from it into account when assessing the warranty. If the warranty has expired, that does not mean that there is no longer any warranty.

We apply a standard warranty period of 2 years to all products.
You can assume that our products work and/or continue to work properly under normal use. That is why we always take into account the type of product and what you can reasonably expect from it when assessing the warranty.
Ellen has a number of warranty conditions.
- Always read the instructions and conditions before using a product. Is there anything unclear in the instructions? We are happy to help you with this.
- The warranty conditions are part of the product, not the application of the product.
- In order to be able to claim the warranty, you need proof of purchase.
