Rebate perimeters seal AIB 3N XL ZK is specially designed for renovation purposes and can be used perfectly for warped doors and windows. The silicone seal ensures optimum air tightness and impact damping.
The aluminium draught excluder has a self-adhesive strip for quick installation in the rebate of the window or door frame. Ideal for the hinge side of inward-opening doors (front doors, for example). Correct installation is essential for the profile to function properly.
Also available in an attractive black aluminium version, suitable for industrial window and door situations.

Installation advice
Draught can easily be stopped by correctly installing the rebate perimeter seal. The wind pressure ensures that the sealing lip is pushed against the rotating part on the closing and top side.
Read the supplied installation instructions, watch the video and follow the step-by-step plan.
Prepare the necessary materials in advance:
- Tape measure or folding rule
- Pencil
- Hacksaw and file
Step-by-step guide: installing rebate perimeters eal AIB 3N XL ZK
- Measure the width of the top of the frame
- Cut the profile to size.
- Draw the correct length on the profile
- Cut the profile to size
- File off any sharp edges of the aluminium that may have formed
- Place the rebate perimeter seal > Pay attention to the correct placement direction. Press firmly.
- Measure the closing side of the door, shorten the profile to the correct size and place the rebate perimeter seal from top to bottom
- Finally, measure the hinge side of the door, shorten the profile to the correct size and place the rebate perimeter seal from top to bottom. Press firmly
