Rebate perimeter seal AIB 3N 25 is an aluminium draught excluder to prevent draughts around windows and doors. The plastic seal ensures low closing resistance for optimum ease of use.
This draught excluder is specifically for a 25 mm rebate. And can be used on inward and outward opening windows and doors.
Correct installation is essential for the profile to function properly.

Installation advice
Draught can easily be stopped by correctly installing the rebate perimeter seal. Read the supplied installation instructions, watch the video and follow the step-by-step plan.
Prepare the necessary materials in advance:
- Tape measure or folding rule
- Pencil
- Hacksaw and file
- Drill with Phillips bit
Step-by-step guide: installing rebate perimeter seal AIB 3N 25
- Measure the width of the top of the frame
- Cut the profile to size. Note: average the hole pattern for optimal attachment
- Draw the correct length on the profile
- Cut the profile to size
- File off any sharp edges of the aluminium that may have formed
- Place the rebate perimeter seal
- Measure the closing side of the door, shorten the profile to the correct size and place the rebate perimeter seal from top to bottom
- Finally, measure the hinge side of the door, shorten the profile to the correct size and place the rebate perimeter seal from top to bottom
